Activity 2: The Internet

1. Internet- is a global system of interconnected Computer Network that use the standard Internet Protocol Suite (TCP/IP) to serve billion of users worldwide. Logically speaking, Internet nowadays make us our daily lives, easier, comfortable @ faster.
2. ISOC- (1992) INTERNET SOCIETY an international organization that promotes Internet use and access.
3. IAB- (1979) INTERNET ARCHITECTURE BOARD is a committee charged with oversight of the technical and engineering development of the Internet by the society.
4. IESG- (1994) INTERNET ENGINEERING STEERING GROUP is a body composed of the Internet Engineering Task Force.

5.IRTF- INTERNET RESEARCH TASK FORCE (1996) their mission is to conduct research into the long future of the Internet.
6. IETF- INTERNET ENGINEERING TASK FORCE the main standard organization for the internet.
7. IANA- INTERNET ASSIGNED NUMBER AUTHORITY controls the number for protocol.
8. ICANN- INTERNET CORPORATION for Assigned Names and Numbers is the private sector, non-profit corporation created in 1998.
9. InterNIC-The Internet Network Information Center, known as InterNIC, was the Internet governing body primarily responsible for domain name and IP address allocation.
10. What made the Internet reliable and efficient? it is reliable for academic research, marketing, advertising etc..because it makes our work easier and faster one..
11. What principles applied in the Internet that could also be beneficial in other areas? to communicate other people which is to far each other.
12.Opinion, what is (TCP)? used for the Internet and other network and basically it is standard and high tech..because our work make us faster.
